Santa Tim has been delighting children and adults since 2018 with his real beard, warm heart and unmistakable Christmas presence. His look blends timeless Santa tradition with a little extra holiday sparkle.
And Mrs. Claus Robbin is right there with him, helping children feel comfortable, keeping things moving naturally and adding her own warmth and festive personality to the celebration.
We don't believe a Santa visit should feel like a quick trip through a mall line. We want children to have time to talk. Santa can hear wish lists, call children by name from information you provide, hand out your gifts, pose for family photos, greet guests, mingle with a crowd, tell a story—and yes, sometimes even dance when the music gets good.
And while we love the lights, the laughter and the presents under the tree, we never forget the true meaning of Christmas. For us, the greatest gift of all is Jesus, and we’re grateful for every opportunity to celebrate the joy, hope and love of the season.
Whether we're visiting one family in a living room or hundreds of guests at a community event, our goal is the same: make the experience feel personal, relaxed and genuinely magical.

Virtual Visits & Video Messages
When Santa can't be there in person, a virtual visit or personalized video can still bring a little North Pole magic home.
Santa may appear solo or with Mrs. Claus, depending on your event and availability. Most appearances take place during November and December, primarily evenings and weekends. Pricing varies by event type, length, date and travel distance, and we'll provide a quote after reviewing your inquiry.
